Food and Beverage Supervisor for a (mainly) London based portfolio of private homes. You will liaise and supervise around 25 F&B staff across these luxury houses and apartments, working from their Knightsbridge offices. You should have a health and safety certificate and ideally some catering qualifications, but this is for a totally different environment from any you will have known before, so take a leap into a world who keep their staff for years, have great benefits and are renowned for being good employers. It’s pacy, so be fit and on the ball to supervise and motivate the F&B team and be ready for last minuet visits.
