With two full time HKs you will assist over two apartments used for visiting corporate guests of this large company. They prefer afternoons. No laundry, well, some bedding, no cooking, no children or pets, NO HASSLE!

 

The guests come in for short stays from overseas and the UK so need little personal work.  You must be a person of quality, and I would say “front of house” style as this is like a luxury hotel so you will have to be fluent in English, very smart, and check all details when you leave a room.  In other words, know your stuff!  Happy to work with the two happy Filipina ladies who have been there for years, so a team player. They are a super company to work for and look after their staff.

9 am to 5.30pm, weekends off, mainly absent owners.  Ah! But guests on occasions!  This family own a few properties, and your duties are to care for the main luxurious penthouse with roof terrace.  You will be a detail person, wardrobe management, leaving all shiny as if you are at a 5 star hotel in fact, training in one would be so appreciated, or certainly from a  luxury property background.  All must be left as if you are at  Claridge’s or the Ritz but with a kitchen!  Good English essential.

 

The property manager is hands on so yes, in the main on your own, but if necessary, she helps and is great to work with.  Small dog to walk at times and to cuddle but he travels with the family.

This a superbly traditional job, (no cooking, no need to drive) where the English employers know what they are doing and hope you do too!  You will join a Nepalese and Filipina lady also H.Keepers, and arrange hours with them but normally 10 to 7pm.  The principals are away for at least half the year but you must always be ready for the unexpected arrival.

 

After a stormy few years of clients leaving the UK, finding someone who has been employed for years is a tough one as so many good HK have had to leave jobs when not their fault.  Anyway, if you can show at least 5 years in one place then contact me.  This is the key to a safe job in a professionally managed home with good hours and happy vibes.  YOU MUST HAVE THIS EXPEREINCE!  CVs please with photo and refs would be ideal.  Those who know me ring me and remind me how lax I have been in not contacting you!  This is a great job.
