At Beauchamp, we pride ourselves on working together as a close knit team and we each have our specialist fields. Our combined industry knowledge, acquired over many years, ensures that we provide constructive advice, dedication to the search, discretion and honest appraisals.
Lynn Morris was educated at home by a governess and then three tutors enabling her parents to take holidays when they wished and not be dictated to by the school curriculum! She thankfully survived well: teaching, running and owning businesses from Antiques to Fashion, and now, for over twenty years, in the field of Private Household and Commercial Recruitment. With homes, businesses and household staff of her own she certainly appreciates how important they are. Many have been with her for years and are like family.
Anna Fletcher is another a member of our team who has a very wide experience of service and household staff. From teaching in Primary school to spending time as a Nanny she then became a stewardess on the super yachts fitting in the wonderful course at Ballymaloe cookery school to perfect her chef’s skills. Following this she was asked to join one of our leading private homes as manager, chef and housekeeper before joining Beauchamp as one of the most experienced and rounded consultants we have been lucky enough to acquire.
Anna understands so many aspects of service and will relate to your needs intelligently and effectively with a keen, shrewd eye. It would be a very unwise person who underrates Anna when interviewing, assessing skills and judging suitability. She takes references with a keen eye for problems and then profiles the candidates so you can be sure of employing the right person. She has warmth and wit, is tough but fair and we are glad she is part of our team and you will be too.
Charlotte Park is our administrator and my right hand. She has great charm so a warm welcome is assured and this, mixed with a sense of order and intelligent management, means that all is handled with a professional and disciplined approach to people and business.
She is also a very kind person with a high tolerance level which she often needs in her varied role and not less with me!
She has been a personal assistant to notable figures including a wonderful political cartoonist which probably accounts for her delightful sense of fun and broad knowledge of the world around her. She is a sheer delight and you will love her as we do!
Jeanette qualified as a graphic designer and her creative talents cover pattern cutting, photography and so much more. She set up her own business in fashion and then moved completely away from this world when she manged a fine dining, French Restaurant, employing, training and managing the staff. Her knowledge of fine wines and food is enviable but more to the point, she is a practised assessor of people, who serve and work long hours, and is also a highly responsible and perspicacious consultant.
Debbie has been on the other side of our business as she has worked as a house manager and nanny for some time in London but returned to her native South Africa to work for one of Cape Towns most renowned and exclusive jewellers. She interspersed her work with travel across Europe, Asia, Africa and Canada and we hope her stimulating desk will ensure her travelling days are over. She has a great ability to show affinity with both the candidates and clients alike and provides authority when necessary to situations demanding control and management.
Free range happy pigs and chickens blissfully pottering in Devon woods. Modern methods with respect for the animals ensure delicious products. Their bacon is just mega!
Grant Harrold runs a school teaching excellence in service to housekeepers, butlers and house managers in the UK and around the world. His courses will be of great benefit to those wishing to enter private service or to improve on existing skills.
