If you choose to source staff without our support we can still help. Beauchamp Partners are professionals and are used to all the essential processes necessary to employing new household staff safely. When we recruit we not only work to find the perfect match, but we also ensure that you are completely comfortable with the thoroughness of the interviewing and reference checking. We would, of course, rather work with you to find your household staff, but know, in the world of Facebook and local groups, you might find your new Couple, Butler, Nanny, Housekeeper or Chauffeur yourself.
WHAT HAPPENS THEN?
We want to ensure that you are set for success even though we have not participated fully in the search and hiring, so we are offering an extra service to those who employ staff without using an agency.
Our new service provides employers with the opportunity to talk to a consultant who understands the industry and knows the pit falls. Once you have chosen your new staff member we will also interview them, after your initial interview, check references and assist with further help such as draft employment contracts and possible benefits for a fee of £2,500 (excl. VAT).
We then offer further support as your relationship with your new household team member continues - we will continue to advise for up to six months after you have employed re benefits, contract updates and much more.
