As people rarely leave this is an unusual opening due to retirement.  It could be filled by someone who has not been an F&B manager, but who has the health and safety certificate, is a strong staff motivator and leader, around 25 of them across multiple properties, who has lots of energy to move around the properties and be ready with sometimes little notice for visits.  It really would be a plus if you had been working or trained in one of London’s top 5 star hotels.  We like that experience, it is such a good grounding for the high standards needed.  Do consider this job if you have good English, aspire to a developing role and understand the luxury lifestyle.  Benefits include, private health care.
