This young titled family would like tasty, fresh food with products often from the kitchen garden. Shoots and fishing so nothing fancy but can be up to 16 on occasions in the season. Loads of corporate entertaining. Show of your game, pickles and pies!
The accommodation is a lovely private 2 bed apartment with all paid. The four dogs are well behaved and a delight, so are the four children from 10 to 20. The ideal would be a dynamic jolly person who can fit in with this young informal household and work with a team. The last one was there for 15 yrs.
You only do a bit of HK when the other lady has her days off. No probs I think.
Yes, its bang in the country surrounded by beauty but in turn easy access to big towns, airport etc. Car from the pool or your own of course.
If a couple then the chap is more outside with a bit of help inside when needed and of course, loving the land and should not mind the public around on open days mucking up his award winning gardens.
