She has exceptional experience in the Housekeeping field, having been a Head Supervisor at the Corinthian Hotel in London for 6 years where she was responsible for training and motivating all her staff, organising inspections and was part of the Colleague Consultative Committee who met quarterly.

She has since been Head Housekeeper to a fully staffed HNW home, looking after and categorizing large Haute Couture wardrobes, packing and unpacking for extensive travel for both the lady and the gentleman of the home. She has had vast experience caring for fine artworks, silver, antiques and precious artifacts.

She is a confident cook and has drawn influence from time spent in Italy, and can easily prepare a healthy balanced family style meal. She has served at table in the dining room in formal environments and has silver service experience.
