Demands have changed

This year has seen a reduction in demand for household staff.

Jobs for household staff are now back to the demand of last year with a short hiatus at the end of last year and the start of 2018.  I have no idea why there was a down turn, most of the agents felt this and equally, I also have no idea why there has been an improvement.  Any Ideas would be welcome.
